The Basic Requirements:
- For new residents only.
- Must sign a minimum of a 6 month lease and reside at property
for 6 months.
- Not valid with any other rental referral source.
- Your name must appear on the lease agreement as an occupant.
- Only one $150 payment per lease.
- Not valid for employees or former employees of Highland
Management Group, Inc.
- Processing the $150 payment can take up to 4 to 6 weeks
from date of move in.
