Highland Management Group, Inc. offers residents the ability to save time and make sure their rent is paid on time by offering several different payment options.  All rental and other payments are processed by Highland Management Group, Inc.

E-PAYMENT SERVICES OPTION       

You can pay your monthly rental payments electronically (E-Payment Service).  This service is provided by U.S. Bank.  Single or recurring payment setup is available.

Please note:  when you do one-time E-Payments, it takes one business day for the payment to be applied to your account.  If you make a payment on a Friday, it will not be applied to your account until Monday (unless Monday is a holiday, then it will be Tuesday).  Late fees will be assessed on the 4^th day of the month for all unpaid rent.

Payments set up after the 7^th of each month will automatically be applied to the next month's rent.

ACH AUTHORIZATION OPTION

For those residents who do not want to set up their own electronic payments, Highland Management Group, Inc. will initiate debit entries to be withdrawn from either your checking or savings account on the 3rd of each month.

A convenience fee of $25 will be added to your payment amount for the processing and handling of this transaction.   Credit Card payments can not be se up as a recurring charge.

This service is done over the phone by calling (952) 928-7537.  We accept VISA/MASTERCARD and DISCOVER cards.  Please have your credit card available and ready before calling.

Mail your rental payment to Highland Management Group, Inc. office using the labels provided to you or to the address listed below.  Additional labels can be requested from your Community's Rental Office. 

Make your check payable to Name of your Apartment Community and be sure to include the Building/Apartment number on the memo line of your check.
