This is a Full-Time position, 40 hours per week.

Highland Management Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent / Housekeeper to be part of our team at Hazeltine Shores in Chaska. Hazeltine Shores is a 166-unit townhome community surrounded by two golf courses & Lake Hazeltine! Living on-site is not a requirement for this position. What you will do in this role:

As a Leasing Agent,you will provide excellent customer service by assisting potential residents to find their new home. You will tour townhomes, answer questions regarding rental information, process credit applications and assist the Property Manager of operation of the property.

As a Groundskeeper / Caretaker / Housekeeper you will be responsible for tree trimming, weeding, snow shoveling, ice removal, grounds pickup and other tasks as requested by the Property Manager. You will also be responsible for the daily cleaning of the common areas, turnovers, cleaning of the clubhouse, workout center, offices, and common area restrooms.
