Full-Time Property Manager: Creekwood Estates

This is a Full-Time position, 40 hours per week.

Highland Management Group Inc., is seeking a Property Manager for our Creekwood Estates property, located in Hopkins. Creekwood Estates is a 180-unit apartment community tucked away by the waters of the Minnehaha Creek in a picture-perfect setting. Living on-site is not a requirement.

As a Property Manager you will be responsible for Day-to-day, on-site management and resident relations. You will achieve and maintain optimum occupancy through the marketing and leasing of apartment units and renewal of existing leases and perform supervision of the physical property.

What you will do in this role:

  • Approve bills, as required. Submitted to Regional Property Manager for final payment approvals.
  • Keep office in good order and maintain inventory of office supplies within budget constraints.
  • Maintain professional communications with residents, residents' guests, applicants & representatives of other companies with whom we do business.
  • Process the credit applications & utilize HMGI screening procedures & submit for approval to Regional Property Manager.
  • Prepare and maintain complete resident files in a neat professional manner.
  • Keep timesheets for Maintenance and Caretaker staff to submit to main office by cut off dates.
  • Collect monthly payments and late charges.
