Property Manager: Hemlock Pines

This is a Full-Time position - 40 hours per week.

Highland Management Group is seeking a Property Manager to be part of our team at Hemlock Pines in Maple Grove. Hemlock Pines is a 61-unit property. Living on-site is not a requirement. If you are interested in this position, please reply with your resume and a brief note of interest.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for Day-to-Day, on-site management, and resident relations. You will achieve and maintain optimum occupancy through the marketing and leasing of apartment units, renewal of existing leases, and perform supervision of the physical property.

What you will do in this role:

  • Approve bills, as required. Submit to Regional Property Manager for final payment approvals.
  • Keep the office in good order and maintain the inventory of office supplies within budget constraints.
  • Maintain professional communications with residents, residents' guests, applicants, and representatives of other companies with whom we do business.
  • Process the credit applications and utilize HMGI screening procedures and submit them for approval to Regional Property Manager.
  • Prepare and maintain complete resident files in a neat professional manner.
  • Keep timesheets for Maintenance and Caretaker staff to submit to the main office by cut off dates.
  • Collect monthly payments and late charges
