Residency
The payment website allows you to retrieve your user name and password by clicking “Forgot username” or “forgot password.”
Fill out the Maintenance Request Form and someone will contact you to take care of repairs. You can also call the on-site rental office directly to report any concerns.
We cannot let anyone into your apartment without your written authorization.
There is a “liquidating damages” clause in the lease that allows you to pay a fee equal to two month’s rent in order to be released from the remainder of your lease term.
Call the rental office number and the voicemail system will instruct you on who to call if you need emergency maintenance. Emergency calls are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Contact the on-site rental office directly to request a statement of your account.
Separate account numbers are given to each apartment to include on your rental payment and ensure your payment is applied to your apartment. Your account number is provided in your move-in packet. Contact the on-site rental office if you do not have your account number.
Any rent payments paid after the third day of each month will incur a late fee equal to 8 percent of unpaid rent.
CRPs are mailed to all current and former residents no later than January 31 of each year.
Rent is due on the first day of each month. Click here for information on how to pay your monthly rent. The on-site rental office can also go over these options with you.
The bank system will only allow you to select a bank business date and a date no sooner than the next bank business day. The bank’s calendar moves to the next bank business day at 8:00 pm CST.

Yes. The terms and conditions of your lease require that you have renters insurance.
Highland Management accepts cats at all properties and dogs at many of our properties.

We use a screening service to process all rental applications. Most rental applications are processed within 72 hours.
All adults applying to move into a rental property will be required to complete a rental application and provide proof of employment and income. A recent pay stub is acceptable proof of employment and income. A performance deposit and non-refundable application fee are due at the time the rental application is completed.
All rental applications are processed through a third-party screening service.
Moving Out
We like to schedule a walk-through move-out inspection with you once everything has been removed from the apartment. You will know at that time if there are any charges for noticeable damage.
A 59 day written notice, prior to your lease termination, is required. This notice should be given to the on-site rental office.
Per the terms of the apartment lease, you are required to be out of your apartment no later than noon (12:00 pm CST) on the last day of the month. Contact the rental office one week before your vacate date to schedule a walk-through inspection of your apartment. All keys as well as a forwarding address should be turned in to the rental office.
Deposit refund checks and/or itemizations of any charges will be mailed within 21 days of move-out to the forwarding address you provide.
